Venkat S. Meenavalli

Venkat, aged 37, is the founder of the Company. His experience in Internet businesses includes the roll out of Merrill Lynch’s www.mldirect.com. He holds a Diploma in Marine Engineering from the Ministry of Telecommunications, Govt. of India and an Advanced Diploma in Satellite Communications from Australia Long Distance Education. He is a Novell Certified Engineer (CNE), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet (MCSE+I). Venkat is also an expert in Internet Security and firewalls.

Clayton Haswell

Clay joined as President and CEO of the Company in September 2007. Clay has over 30 years of experience in the media industry. Previously, he was Managing Director, Asia Pacific, of The Associated Press, and was also bureau chief for California/Nevada, managing all aspects of the cooperatives’ highest revenue region. His achievements include the Trailblazer Award, California First Amendment Coalition, and the James Madison Award in 1993, 1994 and 2001, from the Society of Professional Journalists for aggressive protection of free press rights.
